To qualify for the Corporate rate, all registrations and payment must arrive together. If registering more than one person, photocopy the form and use multiple sheets.
Cancellations must be received in writing by June 20 and are subject to a $100 processing fee. After June 20, registration fees are not refundable. You may substitute another person by submitting written authorization.
